CCND1/IGH Dual Color Dual Fusion Probe

According to the principle of DNA base complementary pairing, CCND1 orange-red probe and IGH green probe were used to hybridize with the DNA target sequence in the nucleus, and the gene state information in the nucleus was observed and analyzed under a fluorescence microscope. foregene strength

Products Details

This kit is used to qualitatively detect the abnormality of human CCND1/IGH gene in cytological samples or paraffin-embedded tissue samples in vitro.

Tissue specimen

The paraffin-embedded tissue specimens were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin, and the slice thickness was between 3 and 5 µm.

Cell specimen

For bone marrow or peripheral blood samples, unfixed fresh samples should be stored at 4°C for no more than 24 hours, and the fixed cell suspension should be stored at -20°C.
