Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) is based on the principle of complementary pairing of DNA bases, and the visualization of hybridization signals of fluorescence-labeled DNA probes with its DNA target sequences in cell nucleus under fluorescence microscope.
This kit is used to qualitatively detect the abnormality of human D7S486 gene in cytological samples in vitro. For bone marrow or peripheral blood samples, unfixed fresh samples should be stored at 4°C for no more than 24 hours, and the fixed cell suspension should be stored at -20°C.
