This kit is used to qualitatively detect the abnormality of human ETV6(12p13)gene in cytological samples or paraffin-embedded tissue samples in vitro.

Tissue specimen

The paraffin-embedded tissue specimens were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin, and the slice thickness was between 3 and 5 µm.

Cell specimen

The fresh samples of bone marrow and peripheral blood were preserved at 4 ℃ for no more than 24 hours, and the fixed cell suspension was preserved at-20 ℃.
